September Released

Mally Roncal/Ballantine Books

A mix of life lessons and killer lashes. Mally Roncal my beauty big sister shows us a thing or two about makeup while sharing touching stories of overcoming adversities, staying possible and even her humble not so silver spoon upbringing.
We love her not only because she's responsible for the famous red carpet looks of Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie and JLo to name a few; but because she's has a true Cinderella story. Her Mantra. "What makes you different makes you beautiful " inspires all of her "Bullet-Proof" work on A-listers and all these products are available in her beauty line.

Guido Palau and Photographer David Sim/Rizzoli New York

In a time where easy is in there's no need for sculpting and volumizing hair as we've done throughout  in history but Guido challenges us with his second book "Hair" with 70 looks  Inspired by both the past and the future and Art varying from Japanese anime to Dutch painting.  "There's nothing really natural about the people in this book" he says. The power of these portraits are how each person is neutralized, making the primary focus, the hair also creates a sense of darkness yet deeply intriguing"

October Release
Tory Burch In Color
Tory Burch/Abrams

Last season she launched her first fragrance, an olphactory sensation if you ask me. This season however  another first for Burch as she launches her  book, In Color. "Tory Burch sees the world in color, inspired by people, places, things and ideas — all of which influence her brand, synonymous with print and color."  The forward is also written by Anna Wintour, Ooh La la, Exclusive!

Kenneth Willardt/TeNeues
Willardt explores different interpretation of beauty in a creative and rather intimate way.
He showcases his favorite works from over the past decade and a half. His impersonal and rather familiar approach, makes the shots even more captivating and very real, using celebrity and model friends that truly inpire  his lens.

Michelle Phan

YouTube sensation Michelle Phan (No relation to Youtube Make-up artist Promise Tamang) has entered our lives monthly though our ipsy boxes and now she's taken over the book world with her first book. A compilation of her best makeup tips and tricks for us all. A true makeup believer, like myself, we can now enjoy Phans trademark beauty tips and more importantly the know-how on turning your passion into your profession, like she has.
